​I was taught how to meditate in 1988 . I have found that meditating has enabled me to live a much more balanced, relaxed & healthier life style. I now really enjoy teaching this very simple, natural, powerful and easy to learn technique. Training only takes around half a day.
You do not need to have any spiritual, religious or belief systems for meditation to work for you!
