Meditation training course
"I have meditated since 1988, I believe that learning to meditate is very quick and easy
and  from my own personal experience I know that it works"

  Meditation Overview

Meditation has been practised for hundreds of years, mainly in the East and was introduced to the west during the 1960's. The technique is effortless and requires no belief, nor any change in lifestyle or diet.  Over five million people have learned to Meditate around the world over the past 50 years.
I learnt to meditate in 1988 and since then, I have meditated almost every day.  I felt the benefits almost immediatley and now  have a positive addiction to my twice daily meditation routine.
I have found that meditation helps to calm, relax and  clear my mind.  It also helps me to be more focused, work more efficiently and live a more relaxed and balanced lifestyle.
